Distinctions

I attended both Ohio University and Palm Beach Community College, as well as serving in the United States Air Force. I moved to Hendersonville, NC in 2000, and I have been active in the community ever since. I enjoy spending time with my family and playing golf, as well as being the sole proprietor of Uncle Scott’s Pizza, located in Hendersonville's Laurel Park Village.

My wife, Dr. Debbie DeWitt, and I have one son, Hank. Debbie was recently named Dean of Arts and Science at Blue Ridge Community College. Hank attends West Henderson High School and is a varsity pitcher on the men’s baseball team.

Since January 2018, I have helped more than 80 families, amounting to more than $25 million in volume. Now, I'm poised and ready to help you buy a home, sell a home, move up, or downsize—whatever your personal goals may be.

Before committing to real estate full-time, I enjoyed a very successful 28-year career as a P.G.A. Member. In 2005, I served as the President of the Mountains Chapter of the Carolinas Section of the PGA of America. In 2006, I'm proud to say I was voted “Golf Professional of the Year” of the Mountains Chapter by my peers. I also have past experience as Head Golf Professional at Kenmure Country Club, Maggie Valley Club, and Glen Cannon Country Club. If you're looking to live the golf lifestyle in WNC, I know how to help you find the perfect community and home!
